 Who is this course aimed at?

This half-day course is aimed at anyone who needs to use Outlook 2010 on a daily basis. Applicants should have some experience of using computers e.g. possess basic word processing skills.

How long does the course last?
This is a half-day course, lasting 3 hours.

How will I benefit from this course?
By the end of the session, all participants will have a good basic knowledge of Outlook 2010.  You will feel more confident using Outlook 2010 and be able to send and receive emails. The skills you will learn will help you utilise Outlook 2010 effectively as the primary means of communication within Birmingham City Council. You will also receive a Certificate of Attendance in recognition of the new skills you have acquired.

  • How to setup Outlook Today
  • How to create a Signature

Outlook Intermediate

Who is this course aimed at?

This full-day course is aimed at anyone who needs to use Outlook 2010 on a daily basis. Applicants should have some experience of using computers e.g. possess basic word processing skills and basic working knowledge of Outlook (preferably have attended Outlook Introduction training).

How long does the course last?
This is a full-day course, lasting 5 hours.

How will I benefit from this course?
By the end of the session, all participants will have a good working knowledge of Outlook 2010. You will feel more confident using Outlook 201. The skills you will learn will help you utilise Outlook 2010 effectively as the primary means of communication within Birmingham City Council. You will also receive a Certificate of Attendance in recognition of the new skills you have acquired.

This full-day course is aimed at anyone who needs to use Outlook 2010 on a daily basis. Applicants should have some experience of using computers e.g. possess basic word processing skills and basic working knowledge of Outlook 2010 (preferably have attended Outlook Intermediate training).

How long does the course last?
This is a full-day course, lasting 5 hours.

How will I benefit from this course?
By the end of the session, all participants will have an excellent working knowledge of Outlook 2010. You will feel more confident using Outlook 2010 and will be able to utilise many areas of functionality. The skills you will learn will help you utilise Outlook 2010 effectively as the primary means of communication within Birmingham City Council. You will also receive a Certificate of Attendance in recognition of the new skills you have acquired.
